We are a Barcelona based Behavioural Training Lab born in 2004.

The trainer in the learning jouney acts as a coach with the training group. We see ourselves as a “lab” because our driver is the passion for innovation. Barcelona has a unique innovative ecosystem that inspires creatively our lab. Our ambition: pioneering innovation in leadership behavioural training. Working for European multinationals all over the world, in Europe, Asia and Americas.

CONTEXT2

CONTEXT

Adaptation workshop: workshop to adapt the content training programme and role-plays to the reality of the client. We seek an “identification effect” in the participant.

Kick-off: we seek to inform about the programme (who, why, what & how) and gain participant’s commitment from the very beginning. It can be delivered group/individual (face-to-face or virtually), or written memo or video-post.

e-dentity: e-test before the training sessions customised to the content of the programme. It takes 20’ and helps the participant in self-discovery of what leadership beliefs are better anchored.

CHANGE

Training: Skills training sessions with a group of 8 to 10 people. We use the sequential approach (2 to 4 weeks of practise); the GPS (Group Persuasion Synergy) case methodology; with top professional and unique facilitation skills thought role-playing, questions and open feedback to participants.

e-training: All the programmes can be delivered face-to-face or virtually. Virtual trainings have a specific preparation and design. We can adapt to any existing technological platforms the client may need.

TRANSFER

e-coaching transfer: Virtual follow-up and coaching to implement individual action plans (Roadbooks) and promote a full knowledge transfer. We use mobile learning for a more efficient contact with training participants.

Transfer sessions: Intensive training sessions 6 to 10 weeks after the training. The purpose of these sessions: follow-up Roadbooks; train through role-plays to keep fit; and re-build commitment with new individual action plans.

Transfer Chats: A 30’ biweekly chat sessions internally facilitated by direct managers of the training participants. Every chat covers a skill worked out in the change phase. So, it is not a new training session. It is rather a dialogue, a conversation to refresh content, guide and define new action plans.
